Step 1. Get in touch and send your design draft. We’ll confirm material, size, color, process, and order quantity together.

Step 2. After full confirmation, we’ll send you an official quote with product price, shipping cost, and handling fee.

Step 3. Once you confirm the price, we’ll issue a formal company invoice. Free design will be arranged right after we receive your payment.

Step 4. If you need custom samples, we’ll make them after receiving the sample fee.

Step 5. After you confirm the design draft or sample, we’ll start bulk production.

Step 6. Once mass production and full quality inspection are complete, we’ll arrange shipment to you.

3.What is the production and shipping time after payment?

Sample making: 3-5 days; Mass production: 7-15 days; FedEx / DHL delivery: 5-7 days; Air freight: 10-12 days; Sea freight: 30-40 days.

4.What format should you send for design files?

Please provide vector files such as PDF, AI, EPS, and CDR, and then we can start free design work.

5.Can we get free samples?

Yes, we can send free samples to you; you only need to cover the shipping cost. You can check the quality and styles of our samples. If you’re satisfied after checking the samples, you may place a formal order.
