1.What is the production and shipping time after payment?

Sample making: 3-5 days; Mass production: 7-15 days; FedEx / DHL delivery: 5-7 days; Air freight: 10-12days; Sea freight: 30-40 days.

2.Detailed Ordering Process?

Step 1. Get in touch and send your design draft. We will confirm material, size, color, craft and order quantity together.

Step 2. After full confirmation, we will send you an official quote with product price, shipping cost and handling fee.

Step 3. Once you confirm the price, we will issue a formal company invoice.Free design will be arranged right after we receive your payment.

Step 4. If you need custom samples, we will make samples after receiving the sample fee.

Step 5. After you confirm the design draft or sample, we will start bulk production.

Step 6. Finish mass production, complete full quality inspection, then arrange shipment to you.

4.What format should you send for design files?

Please provide vector files such as PDF, AI, ESP and CDR , then we can start free design work.

5.Can we get free samples?

Yes, we can customize a free sample for you first. You only need to pay for the shipping. You can inspect the quality and style of the sample you send to us. If you are satisfied, we will then proceed with mass production.
