Installation method of custom heat transfer labels
Use a hot press
- Peel off the backing film of the silicone labels and stick it onto the product that needs to be heat-treated.
- Silicone label facing the heating surface of the heat press.
- Hot pressing parameter settings: Temperature: 150~160°C, Time: 15~25s, Pressure: 0.3~0.4 imp.
- Wait for the machine to lift up, and wait for it to cool after the heat pressing is complete.
- Wait for the product to cool down, then peel off the transparent film.
- After the product is heat-pressed, check its firmness and surface finish.
Press with an iron
- Cut out the heat transfer image and align it with the area to be transferred.
- Set the iron to the cotton/linen mode and turn off the steam.
- After heating the iron, press it firmly onto the heat transfer paper for 10 seconds.
