Installation method of custom heat transfer labels

Use a hot press

  1. Silicone label facing the heating surface of the heat press.
  2. Hot pressing parameter settings: Temperature: 150~160°C, Time: 15~25s, Pressure: 0.3~0.4 imp.
  3. Wait for the machine to lift up, and wait for it to cool after the heat pressing is complete.
  4. Wait for the product to cool down, then peel off the transparent film.
  5. After the product is heat-pressed, check its firmness and surface finish.

  1. Cut out the heat transfer image and align it with the area to be transferred.
  2. Set the iron to the cotton/linen mode and turn off the steam.
  3. After heating the iron, press it firmly onto the heat transfer paper for 10 seconds.
